Congratulations, you are almost into the most comprehensive and user friendly websites of real estate listing in all of San Diego County! Through an IDX agreement with Sandicor, I bring you the MLS expertly sorted into 21 different property classifications, all under the SDHB umbrella. It's all there, the entire MLS, updated multiple times per day.

If you don't want to look at each of the 21 different specialized sites (listed at the bottom or side of every page), just visit our All S.D. Homes and Condos web site where you can look at ALL San Diego County attached and detached homes currently listed as "Active" in the MLS.

All listings currently active in the San Diego County MLS will be listed in at least the All S.D. Homes and Condos web site, and some will fall under multiple sites, depending upon key words/values the agent has used within the listing. For example, if the agent checks the option for "Golf Course" in the "Views" field, the property will also be listed on the Golf Course Views web site. If it is also a home (or condo) priced at $2 million or higher, it will be on the All S.D. Homes and Condos site, the Golf Course Views site, and the Luxury S.D. Estates website. Nifty, right? Whatever you're looking for, you spend less time searching by using my site. Don't waste your time looking on every site you find on the internet – it's not neccesary – it's all here!
